"For someone that touts the BBB logo the service here stinks. I have been trying for two weeks to get a hold of these people with no luck. My Toshiba no says it's a dell and the product key for the windows seven is no good. I can't even register my product and I keep getting messages about it I hope that the os doesn't stop working. it seems that I bought a pitated version of window seven, if so I want my money back. Go somewhere else for your soft wear, they will take your money but give no service."

"Fake install discs. These are recycled discs from companies like HP and Dell. Anyone thinking of purchasing should do their homework on Microsoft forums, just search snaggstuff and you'll find a thread about this site and their Windows discs. They aren't supported by Microsoft, buyer beware."
